Cannot play, Cant create new character

Can't play the game TT__TT When i try to create a new character and i click "ok" the game crashes...it totally freezes and it's not responding...

Admin plz I want to play so badly, plz check if you can fix it...many ppl getting the problem too btw not just me so plz, thanks.

downloaad that updated patch ! dont use the no hamachi patch coz that patch got a problem
